Canyoning in Hydrophobia Canyon
Description
At the indicated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel in Monterrey, heading towards the Santiago Sierra, where adventure awaits.
As we reach a pristine natural oasis tucked away within the Sierra, we'll find ourselves at Hydrophobia Canyon, the prime destination in Nuevo León for the ultimate adventure sport: canyoning.
The route we'll take launches from the Chipitín Waterfall, where we'll first descend off this challenging waterfall, navigating through exhilarating natural slides and waterfalls. Here, water becomes your trusted companion.
As we move onward, overcoming several obstacles such as cascading waterfalls, imposing rock walls, and lush vegetation, be prepared to encounter waterfalls towering up to an impressive 18 meters (59 feet).
During our exciting tour, we'll make three stops to recharge our batteries: first, to enjoy breakfast surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, then for a quick snack break of chocolate cereal, and as we finish the route with lunch amidst the region's lush vegetation.
To wrap up our adventure, we'll bring you back to Monterrey in an off-roading vehicle, with drop-off at your hotel approximately 6 to 8 hours after the initial pickup. Please note that the tour duration may vary based on the group's pace and preferences along the route.
