Once you're at the Appleton facilities, you'll go on a guided tour of the oldest distillery in Jamaica. As you discover the production phases of this exquisite fermented beverage, you can savor premium aged rums. Cheers!
On our guided tour, you'll have the opportunity to dive into the beauty of the YS Falls, seven stunning waterfalls that flow into natural pools. You can also zipline over the breathtaking water streams in the heart of the tropical valley.
At this venue, you can also embark on a fun boat ride along the Black River. During the journey, you'll sail through mangroves that have more than 100 species of birds and a large population of crocodiles. It'll be an adventure in the Jamaican jungle!
Tour Options
During the booking process, you can choose between 5 options. All options include hotel pickup, an English-speaking guide, admission to Appleton Estate, and a rum tasting.
Depending on the option, the activities to choose from are the following:
- Single Pass: guided tour of the distillery with a rum-tasting
- Double Pass: guided tour of the distillery with rum-tasting and climbing at YS Falls. This option also includes lunch
- Double Pass Zip: includes the same as the Double Pass, plus zipline over YS Falls
- Triple Pass: guided tour of the distillery with rum-tasting, climbing at YS Falls, and a boat ride along the Black River. This option also includes lunch
- Triple Pass Zip: includes the same as the Triple Pass, plus zipline over YS Falls
Schedule & Pickup
Once you've booked, we'll send you an email to indicate the pickup time, which depends on your hotel's location. The activities will take place between 9 am and 4 pm, which is when Appleton Estate opens.
This tour includes pickup at hotels in Montego Bay and Negril.
