Day 1: Theory and practice in confined waters
On the first day of the course, we'll meet you at the dive centre in Moalboal. There, we'll teach you all the theoretical knowledge you need to be able to safely practice scuba diving. After the lesson, you'll have to pass a test to prove that you're ready to take the next step.
We'll then put theory into practice and head to the pool to apply everything we've learnt by scuba diving in confined waters. We'll learn how to set up the equipment, control our buoyancy, remove the equipment underwater and much more. If you need to, we can dedicate an extra day to practice in confined water so that you feel completely safe for your first scuba dive.
Days 2 & 3: Open water practice
The last part of the course will be dedicated to testing your diving skills in the sea. Ready to scuba dive in Moalboal?
During these two days we'll get to do four open water dives. We'll put everything you've learned to the test and enjoy diving amongst the impressive reefs, tropical fish and other marine life of the Philippines. You'll be amazed by the variety of species that inhabit these waters!
Once you have successfully passed all the tests, you'll receive your PADI Open Water Diver certificate.
Important Information
After your last dive, you must wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or going to high-altitude areas.
