Rafting in the Colorado River
Description
At the time of booking, you can choose between 2 different options. Both include an English-speaking guide and start at the offices located at 44 W 200 N in Moab. Here, you can see the details of each option:
4-hour rafting
As soon as we arrive, we'll go down to the shore of the Colorado River and board the boats for this activity. For 4 hours, we'll brave the river's waters in search of the strong rapids.
During the first half, we'll pass by the Onion Creek Rapid, one of the best places to feel some adrenaline. Then, we'll continue the course of the Colorado and pass by Fisher Towers, where you'll have impressive views of the characteristic red rocks of Utah.
Finally, we'll get off our boats and walk on solid ground back to the meeting point.
7-hour rafting
If you want more of an adventure, this option is ideal for you. On this 7-hour rafting route, we'll explore a total of 17 kilometres (10.5 miles) of the Colorado River, passing by numerous rapids that'll for sure make adrenaline course through your veins.
Additionally, upon finishing the activity, we'll give you free time to eat by the shores of the Colorado River, a perfect moment to enjoy the calm natural scenery around Moab.
