On this San Siro Tour, we'll explore the stadium that's shared by AC Milan and Inter, the two big football teams in the capital of the Lombardy region. It's a must-see for football fans!
San Siro Stadium Tour
At the time indicated, we'll meet outside door 8 of the San Siro Stadium, where we'll get ready to discover one of the greatest temples of Italian football. Inside this impressive stadium, AC Milan and Inter play their games, two of the main teams from the capital of Lombardy. Milan fans call this stadium San Siro, while their main rivals, in order to be different, call it the Guiseppe Meazza stadium, in honour of one of their club's greatest ever players.
We'll start this tour of the San Siro Stadium by visiting the San Siro Museum. In this exhibition, we'll see a large collection of football t-shirts: red and black for AC Milan and blue and black for Inter. In addition, we'll learn lots of facts about the two teams.
After visiting the museum, we'll continue the tour of the stadium by visiting the changing rooms. From here, we'll follow the route out of the tunnel into the pitch. You'll feel the same emotions as players on match day!
Then, we'll explore part of the stands and the VIP area. The tour continues with a visit to Italia 110 & Lode, an exhibition dedicated to the Italian National Football Team.
In these displays, we'll see memorabilia from the transalpine team, such as the first Italian national team shirt, worn against France in 1910, the flag from the World Cup Final in 1938 between Italy and Hungary, the kit from the World Cup Final in 1968 between Italy and Yugoslavia, and shirts from 1970. You'll also see trophies that have been won over the years.
After 1.5 hours, we'll end this tour of the stadium at the starting point.
