Both include a professional English-speaking chef, food and drinks, the ingredients for the activity, cooking utensils, a certificate of participation, and a digital booklet with recipes. Pasta & Gelato Workshop
At the chosen time, we'll meet on Via Giovanni Battista Sammartini in Milan to start this pasta and gelato workshop. Are you ready to put on your apron?
The experience will begin with an introduction to traditional pasta-making techniques. We'll learn how to mix, knead, and stretch the dough to shape classic varieties such as tagliatelle or ravioli. We'll also prepare two seasonal sauces to accompany our creations, using fresh and local ingredients.
After the pasta, we'll delve into the world of Italian desserts with an artisanal gelato class. What's the secret to achieving the perfect texture? We'll find out! Plus, we'll learn how to master freezing techniques.
At the end of the workshop, we'll enjoy the dishes we have prepared, accompanied by two glasses of Italian wine. In addition, we'll give you a digital recipe book and a certificate of participation.
Pizza & Gelato Workshop
If you've ever dreamed of making an authentic Italian pizza, this workshop is for you! We'll meet at Via Giovanni Battista Sammartini, where we'll learn how to make the perfect pizza, from dough to baking, and how to create our own homemade gelato.
Guided by a master pizza maker, we'll discover how to knead and stretch the dough, as well as how to prepare a classic tomato sauce. Then, you can customize the pizza with a selection of toppings and bake it to the ideal crispy texture.
While the pizza bakes, we'll switch roles to become gelato makers. We'll mix the ingredients to obtain the tastiest gelato of all.
At the end, we'll taste the freshly baked pizza and homemade gelato along with a drink, but the experience doesn't end here! You'll receive a digital recipe book, with which you can continue to recreate these flavors at home. Buon appetito!
