Are you ready for a full-day adventure in one of the Dominican Republic's most vital protected areas? Join us on this excursion to Los Haitises National Park, where we'll explore its primary natural wonders by boat.

Day Trip Itinerary: Los Haitises Mangroves Boat Tour

Commencing with a pickup from your hotel in Miches at the specified time, we'll set off for Los Haitises National Park, a stunning conservation area in the Dominican Republic.

This natural reserve encompasses diverse land and marine ecosystems, including estuaries, cays, mangroves, and bays. Upon our arrival at the park, we'll embark on a boat journey to explore Los Haitises, delving into its key natural wonders.

Navigating through mangroves, we'll visit the caves of La Línea and La Arena, where you can witness intriguing cave paintings. Our route will lead us past the Perlas pier and the Parador de Aves, offering a glimpse of the park's rich bird life, featuring pelicans, parrots, sparrow hawks, and other migratory and native species.

The boat excursion concludes at Caño Hondo Paradise, where we'll disembark for a delightful buffet lunch. Following this, you'll have free time to enjoy a rejuvenating swim in the waterfalls and natural pools of Caño Hondo.

Our journey concludes as we return to Miches, dropping you off at your hotel after a 9-hour exploration of Los Haitises National Park.
