Explore the heart of Mexico City in Xochimilco & Coyoacán, savor lunch aboard a trajinera, and ride horses through Nativitas Park's scenic beauty on this tour.
Description
We'll gather by the National Lottery Tower to journey through two iconic neighborhoods in Mexico City and experience a day full of adventure!
Our first stop will be in the neighborhood of Coyoacán, which was declared a World Heritage Site due to its historical and cultural importance. We'll also see its University City, where you can admire the library murals painted by the famous Mexican artist Juan O'Gorman, and the University Stadium, site of the 1986 Mexico Olympic Games.
Continuing to Xochimilco, we'll board a trajinera for a delightful two-hour journey as a lively mariachi group fills the boat with traditional music, creating the perfect ambiance.
While cruising on the trajinera through Xochimilco, savor a traditional lunch with options like carne asada, fried chicken, tacos, or quesadillas. Your meal includes red rice, mole poblano, beans with cheese, green sauce, tortillas, and tostadas.
To complete our immersive tour, we'll add a horseback ride through Nativitas Park, a perfect spot for leisure with friends and family. You'll enjoy a one-hour guided ride along scenic trails that'll leave you in awe at the natural beauty found in this region.
Our tour will conclude with a comfortable ride back to our starting point, bringing us back approximately six and a half hours after our adventure began.
