We'll pick you up from your hotel in Mexico City at 8 am before hitting the road to Teotihuacan, one of the principal cities of the ancient Mesoamerican world. The minibus ride will take about an hour.
Our visit will begin with a walking tour of Teotihuacan, the most visited archaeological site in the Americas. We'll get to know its colossal constructions while we walk along the path of the dead. It'll be fascinating!
Afterwards, we'll leave the archaeological site for a 6-mile (10 km) bike ride through the surroundings of the Teotihuacan complex. We'll ride away from the famous pyramids to visit the less common areas of the complex.
Along the way, we'll make a brief stop inside a natural cave to better understand the cosmovision of this civilization. We'll also see the impressive mural paintings that are preserved in the area.
Following the bike tour, we'll visit an obsidian workshop, where we'll see how the artisans work with this precious rock. We'll also take the opportunity to sample the local gastronomy before returning to Mexico City.
After eating, we'll set off on our return journey. We'll accompany you to your hotel at 4 pm.
