On the day of the tour, we'll meet at the entrance of the Soumaya Museum to kick off our comprehensive visit. All are welcome as we travel through time, marveling at pieces from the pre-Hispanic era to modern masterpieces. Let's go!
Throughout the tour, we'll explore 6 different floors of the museum, divided among the following exhibit rooms:
- Gallery 1: a room dedicated to the Modern Age, showcasing a unique blend of art and skill
- Gallery 2: where the mythological comes to life, transforming the invisible into works of art
- Gallery 3: antique masterpieces from Europe and the novo-Hispanic era that narrate different periods of history
- Gallery 4: travel from the age of Romanticism to the Vanguard, exploring the changing paradigm of art
- Gallery 5: discover a fascinating dialogue between European and 20th-century Mexican art. In this room, we'll view works from icons like Diego Rivera, Jose Clemente Orozco, David Alfaro Siqueiros, Joan Miró, Salvador Dalí, Pablo Picasso
- Gallery 6: the star of the tour, a room dedicated to Rodin sculptures, the perfect finishing touch to any route through the museum
After an immersive 2.5 hours in the museum, we'll bring our tour to an end back at the entrance.
