Workshop Details
At the designated time, we'll meet at Avenida Tamaulipas, number 153, in Hipódromo Condesa, to begin this ceramics workshop in Mexico City. We'll provide you with all the necessary materials, from clay to colored glazes, so that you can create your own ceramic pieces from scratch. Are you ready to get creative with clay?
During the workshop, we'll show you the basic shaping techniques as you learn about the history and importance of ceramics in Mexico. Did you know the first traces of ceramics date back to the year 2000 B.C.?
After bringing your ideas to life, you'll decorate your artwork with your preferred colors. Once your pieces are ready, you'll place them in a professional oven so that they can glaze. We'll tell you when they're ready to be collected, as they can take between 2 to 10 days to dry.
To conclude this 4-hour activity, you'll enjoy an aperitif with typical Mexican food, accompanied by a traditional drink. This experience will connect you even more to Mexican culture!
