Day Trip Details
We'll meet at the designated time at the meeting point in Mexico City you select to set off to Veracruz in a comfortable vehicle where you'll spend the night.
In the morning, after approximately 6 hours of traveling, we'll reach the town of Antón Lizardo. Here, you'll have 1.5 hours of free time to have breakfast and rest. Don't forget to buy beverages and snacks for your stay on the island!
Afterward, we'll head to the port, where we'll hop on a boat that will take us in just 30 minutes to the Isla de Enmedio, which is part of the Veracruz Reef System National Park and home to a rich biodiversity of marine species. Once we're there, you'll have 3 hours of free time to enjoy this paradise of crystalline waters and white sand.
Upon arrival at Antón Lizardo, you'll be able to use the bathrooms and showers before we head to Veracruz. On this 1-hour journey, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean. In the city, you'll have 3 hours of free time to explore its streets and grab a bite to eat for lunch.
After discovering Veracruz's charm, we'll regroup and begin our journey back to Mexico City. After a 5-hour journey, we'll conclude this day trip of approximately 23 hours at the initial starting point.
