Colonia Roma Food Tour
Food Tour Details
We'll start our food tour of Colonia Roma at the Con Vista al Mar Roma restaurant, located on Calle Jalapa.
During the tour, we'll make a total of 6 stops to taste different local products from the neighborhood, which will vary according to the season. It'll be a real treat for the palate as we taste our way through this distinguished district of Mexico City.
As we walk through Colonia Roma we'll taste a delicious selection of quesadillas, tlayudas and both fish and vegan tacos. We'll also delight in some delicious tamales and coffee from Veracruz. As we'll see, these products are very popular among both locals and visitors to the neighborhood.
Continuing on our tour we'll discover the architectural jewels, beautiful parks, and historic mansions of Colonia Roma, that are over 110 years of history. Of course, we'll also visit different traditional food shops, ethnic delicacies stores, and charming neighborhood restaurants.
At one of our selected venues, we'll savor a traditional dish expertly paired with Mexican wine. Additionally, we'll tantalize our taste buds with a contemporary recipe that introduces us to the avant-garde cuisine of Colonia Roma. To complete the culinary journey, this final dish will be complemented by a refreshing cocktail.
After a 4-hour tour, we'll conclude this gastronomic tour in the most central streets of Colonia Roma.
