Mexico City Chocolate Workshop
Description
At the indicated time, we'll begin this chocolate workshop in Mexico City in a central chocolate shop in Roma Norte, one of the main districts of gastronomic reference in the Mexican capital.
After a brief introduction to the origin, production and characteristics of cocoa, we'll pair this delicious product with different everyday foods that will vary according to the season. For example, have you ever tried cheese with chocolate? The combination is also spectacular with other products such as bacon or beetroot.
During the workshop, we'll be making various gastronomic creations with cocoa. We'll taste different truffles and also chocolate-covered strawberries, which we'll accompany with a glass of sparkling wine.
In addition, we'll taste chocolate with 70%, 80% and 100% cocoa. Don't worry, we won't forget the white chocolate and other delicious specialities that will make your mouth water from the very first moment.
We'll conclude this 5-hour workshop by tasting one last exquisite cocoa product.
