Uco Valley Wineries Private Tour

  • 16 reviews | 314 travellers
Although only two days before they confirmed to me that they could not make the original contract (lunch at Zucardi Piedra Infinite winery) very close to the date of the activity, the option they gave us was very good and I do not regret it. My suggestion is that if initially not there is availability quickly confirm so that one can decide whether to hire or not, if only 48 hours before they notify that there is no availability in a reservation there is no time to decide

Description

When you make your reservation, you can choose one of the following private tours. They all include pickup from your hotel in Mendoza at 9 am, a private English-speaking guide just for you, entrance to the wineries, a wine tasting, and lunch, which varies according to the season.

All tours last 8 hours, so you'll arrive at your hotel in Mendoza at 5 pm.

Corazón del Sol and Piedra Infinita Wineries

We'll first head to the Corazón del Sol winery, located at the foot of the Andes Mountains. In its vineyards, we'll see how different types of grapes are grown, such as Malbec, Cabernet Franc, or Mourvèdre, the raw material for some excellent wines which we'll, of course, taste.

Then we'll move on to the Piedra Infinita winery, also known as Zuccardi-Valle de Uco. After visiting the vineyards, we'll enjoy a three-course lunch paired with the company's wines.

Availability: Monday to Saturday.

Le Clos de Los 7 Wineries

With this tour through the Uco Valley, we'll visit the vineyards cultivated in terroirs at the foot of the Andean volcano Tupungato. Here is where the vines that produce the wines from the group Le Clos de los Siete are grown and elaborated in different local wineries.

Our first visit will be to the DiamAndes winery, where we'll discover how the grapes that produce the extraordinary premium wines of Le Clos are grown and taste four of them! After this tasting, we'll move on to another winery of the Le Clos group called Monteviejo. There we'll enjoy a four-course lunch, where we'll also taste different wines from the company.

Availability: Tuesday to Sunday.

Andeluna or Domaine Bousquet and Salentein Wineries

The tour will start by visiting the Andeluna or the Domaine Bousquet winery. At this first spot, we'll taste different wines from the Uco Valley belonging to the classes Línea 1300, Línea Altitud, and Pasionado Cuatro Copas. If we go to the Domaine Bousquet winery, we'll try their famous organic wines.

We'll continue with a visit to another important wine tourism center in the province of Mendoza, the Salentein winery. As we'll see, its main building is built in the shape of a Latin cross to house a two-level winery in each wing. We'll also visit its art gallery and enjoy a wine tasting, including a Salentein Reserve and two Numina wines. As a finishing touch, we'll have a succulent four-course lunch at the winery's prestigious Killka restaurant.

Availability: Tuesday to Sunday.

Hotel pickup
