Argentinian BBQ Workshop in Mendoza
Workshop Details
After meeting at the Braseando Experience restaurant, we'll kick off this experience. Here, we'll enjoy a unique cuisine experience alongside a local chef griller. Let's put our hands to work!
Have you ever wondered what the secret is to a delicious Argentinian BBQ? It's all a question of science! We'll prepare the ingredients and tools, learn how to start the fire and season the meat and vegetables. We'll even discover the perfect temperature for the grills.
Plus, we'll prepare step-by-step the popular chimichurri and creole sauces. You'll love it! As well, we'll make the dough and fill it to create tasty empanadas. Meanwhile, you'll savour delicious local wine or refreshing vermuts.
Of course, we'll also make a mate. Have you tried one before? This drink is well-loved by Argentinians and it dates back to the prehispanic era. Did you know that in colonial times, it was considered a medicinal drink, while others called it the "herb of the devil"?
When the BBQ is ready, we'll take our seats at a table in the garden of this wonderful house. Outside, we'll delight in a family atmosphere with stunning views of the mountains in Mendoza. You'll love it!
After a total of 5 hours, we'll bring the activity to an end.
