What to Expect
This gastronomic experience will take place in a private house in Mendoza located at Avenida Ejército de los Andes, 346, where we'll meet at the indicated time.
The house has a beautiful panoramic terrace from where you can enjoy extraordinary views of Mendoza and the Andes Mountains. While we wait for the fire to be ready for the barbecue, we'll prepare homemade Argentine empanadas and have a chat in a lively atmosphere.
After preparing and tasting the delicious empanadas, it's time to enjoy an exquisite traditional Argentine Asado. The menu includes morcilla, chorizo, matambre de cerdo and rib eye steak. Your mouth will be watering! In addition, we'll accompany all these products with an excellent Malbec red wine.
Finally, we'll conclude this 4-hour experience with dulce de leche for dessert and a toast with fernet. The perfect ending!
