Description

When making your reservation, you can choose between 3 different tour options. Both depart from Berth 2 of Southbank Promenade. Below you'll find the itineraries for all tour options:

Port of Melbourne & Docklands Boat Tour (1 hour)

All aboard! Climb onto your boat and set sail towards the west. You'll enjoy unparalleled views of the Port of Melbourne from the unique perspective of your river cruise. Spot emblematic Melbourne buildings along your tour, like the Crown Casino, the congress centre and the Docklands Centre. What's more, during the 1-hour trip, you'll get to see the famous Polly Woodside, a British boat built in Belfast at the end of the 19th century that is now part of the Melbourne Maritime Museum.

Royal Botanic Gardens & Herring Island Boat Tour (1 hour)

Passengers, we're heading east. Passing under the Princes Bridge, built in 1888, you'll see Federation Square and the outside of Melbourne's Royal Botanic Gardens. During the boat trip along the Yarra River you'll also see the official residence of the Governor of Victoria and the numerous sports venues on Olympic Boulevard. After cruising around Herring Island, the boat will head back to the original departure pier after an hour.

2-Hour Tour

If you have extra time and want to enhance your experience further, then this option is ideal for you. With this tour, we'll combine the two itineraries mentioned above of the Port of Melbourne and Docklands with a 2-hour stroll through the Royal Botanic Gardens and Herring Islands. The choice is yours!
