Why Visit the Melbourne Skydeck?
When you arrive, you'll head up an elevator to the 88th floor. You'll step out onto the Melbourne Skydeck Observatory, where you'll admire a breathtaking view of Melbourne's monuments and landscapes. You'll see Flinders Street Station, Albert Park Lane, Port Phillip Bay and the Arts Centre.
As well as an experience at the Melbourne Skydeck, you'll also have access to The Edge viewpoint, a glass cube jutting out from the building in which even the floor is glass. Don't look down!
Opening Times
Melbourne Skydeck is open at the following times:
- From January 1 to April 1 2023: Every day, including public holidays, from 12 noon to 10 pm
- From April 2 to October 1 2023: Sunday to Thursday and public holidays from 12 noon to 9 pm; Friday and Saturday from 12 noon to 10 pm
- From October 2 2023 to April 7 2024: Every day, including public holidays, from 12 noon to 10 pm
- From April 8 to October 6 2024: Daily, including public holidays, from 12 noon to 9 pm
- From October 7 2024 to April 6 2025: Daily, including public holidays, from 12 noon to 10 pm
- From April 7 to October 4 2025: Daily, including public holidays, from 12 noon to 9 pm
- Special dates: New Year's Eve and Christmas between 12 noon and 5 pm
