Tour Options

Upon booking, you can choose between 2 different options. Both start at Calle 17 in Medellin and have an English-speaking guide. You can see the details of each option below:

2.5-Hour Tour

On this food tour by bike, we'll taste some delicious flavours of the country's cuisine. During the 2.5-hour tour, we'll head to the Belén neighbourhood to discover the secrets of it's gastronomy.

In addition, we'll go to the Laureles neighbourhood and the Conquistadores area. This tour only includes a tasting of an arepa.

Schedule: this tour takes place at 9:30 am, 1 pm and 4:30 pm

4-Hour Tour

On this tour, we'll visit the most popular neighborhoods of Medellin and learn all the secrets of its gastronomy. We'll start with the neighbourhood of Belén, where we'll stop for an arepa de choclo and a sample of local fruits, both culinary symbols of the city.

Next, in the Laureles neighbourhood, we'll take a walk through its streets and its locales specializing in coastal food, and taste the classic pandequeso. Yum!

We'll continue pedalling through the Conquistadores area and arrive at Mercado del Río, a modern plaza located in the Colombia district. Here we'll put the finishing touch on this gastronomic tour by sampling a local beer.

Finally, after biking for 4 hours, we'll return to the meeting point to drop off the bicycles to conclude the tour.
