Tour Highlights
We'll kick off our journey at the meeting point on Calle 9 in El Poblado, Medellín, heading towards the southern reaches of the Antioquia province. Along the way, we'll take in the picturesque scenery dominated by sprawling coffee plantations characteristic of this region in Colombia.
Upon reaching the coffee plantation, we'll hop on horses for a brief ride to the main entrance, allowing you to connect with nature amidst the lush landscapes surrounding the plantation. Brace yourself for an engaging exploration of coffee's journey, from planting to roasting to the final cup.
We'll hear an enlightening talk on the benefits of coffee, unraveling why it stands as one of Colombia's essential symbols. Following our tour of the plantations, we'll do some coffee and sugar cane tastings.
To recharge our energy, a traditional lunch awaits, featuring a plate of rice with fried plantain, egg, and meat.
