Itria Valley Wine Tasting

We'll meet at the indicated time in Strada Noci, Martina Franca, to participate in an Apulian wine tasting in the Itria Valley.

Known as the "Valley of the Trulli" for its traditional and original housing constructions, this area is also famous for the production of excellent wines... Are you ready to taste them?

Once gathered, we'll enter a historic winery to visit its vineyards and facilities, learning more about the process of growing grapes and the subsequent stages of winemaking and bottling. We'll also discover the history of the winery and the winemaking tradition of this area of Apulia.

Then comes the most awaited moment of the tour: the tasting! We'll taste four types of wine, each accompanied by a typical appetizer, to better appreciate the characteristics and aromas of the nectar of the gods. A mouth-watering experience!

After two hours spent discovering the flavours of the Itria Valley the tour will end.

Le vignoble appartient et est géré en famille. Après quelques explications sur le processus de fabrication du vin, nous sommes passés à la dégustation. L’endroit est magnifique et plein de charme. Pour accompagner le vin, nos hôtes avaient préparés maison de la tortilla, du bon pain et son huile d’olive ainsi que de la focaccia. Malgré la pluie qui est arrivée inopinément pendant la dégustation, nous avons passé un très bon moment !
