Description
We'll meet up at the Marseille City Hall at the scheduled time. From there, we'll hop on the minibus driven by our entertaining guide, who will tell us all the fascinating history and anecdotes as we explore the stunning French Riviera.
First, take a panoramic bus tour of the beautiful city of Marseille, situated right on the Côte d'Azur. During the route, we'll see its most emblematic landmarks and make a stop in front of the Notre Dame de la Garde basilica. We'll also take a walking tour of Le Panier district, one of the most charming in southern France.
Next, we'll stop in the city of Cassis, passing Cape Canille, the highest sea cliff in France, along the way. From there, you'll enjoy brilliant views of the bay!
When we arrive at the port of Cassis, we'll leave you some free time to swim, sunbathe or explore this small Provençal village on foot. You can admire the facades of emblematic monuments such as the Church of Saint-Michel or see the castle in the distance, whose origins date back to the 13th century.
From Cassis, we'll continue on to Aix-en-Provence, where you can try some local specialties and stroll along the famous Avenue Mirabeau, which links the old and modern parts of the city. During the tour, you'll have the opportunity to admire the magnificent 17th and 18th-century mansions. You'll have free time to explore Aix-en-Provence at your leisure.
Finally, we'll head back to the starting point, and our trip will come to an end after a fun-packed 9.5 - 10 hours.
