What is Dinner in the Sky?
Dinner in the Sky is a unique foodie experience that takes you up to 50 metres (164 ft.) above the ground so that you can enjoy an exquisite menu. Impressive!
Once you've arrived, you'll take your seats and the table will begin to be suspended above the ground to enjoy lunch or dinner, depending on the time that you choose. What do you think of the views of the Atlas Mountains?
The expert chefs will serve you a lunch or dinner divided into three parts, the welcome drink, the main lunch or dinner and then tea or coffee to finish it all off. After 3 hours, you'll be returned safely back to the solid ground.
Menu
When booking, you'll be able to choose the menu that you'd prefer to be served:
- Standard Menu: this will begin with a welcome drink. Afterwards, you'll be served the starter which will be a spider crab and guacamole. For the main course, you'll be served lamb marinated in 7 spices, and a cheesecake for dessert with argan oil. To top it all off, you'll be able to choose between tea or coffee with some Moroccan sweets.
- Veggie Menu: after the welcome drink, you'll be served a starter of burrata, tomatoes and homemade pesto. For the main course, you'll enjoy a truffle risotto and a cheesecake with argan oil for dessert. To finish up, you'll be able to choose between tea or coffee accompanied by a Moroccan pastry.
