The trip was a bit complicated due to the roads and potholes, but stopping halfway made it very enjoyable. What was truly wonderful was the tour. The guide was wonderful. A highly educated person. He taught us a lot about the local customs, buildings, history, and even theology. Incredible. And on top of that, it was enjoyable and very fun! Highly recommended.

Essaouira Day Trip

Leaving The Red City behind we set a course for the coast until, after a journey of three hours, we arrive at Essaouira "The Pearl of the Atlantic."

Once in Essaouira, you'll have free time to admire its fortifications, the fishing port and the labyrinthian old town, where you can bask in the atmosphere and the day-to-day life of its inhabitants. The town too boasts a seemingly unending beach and it's recommended to try the delicious freshly caught fish and seafood.

The tour will then set off back to Marrakech, returning to the city after a total of 11 hours. And from this point onwards, you'll never again ask why celebrities such as Orson Welles and Jimi Hendrix fell in love with Essaouira.

Nuestro guía Hassan más que excelente, un pozo de sabiduría, con él aprendimos más de la historia, de literatura, de costumbres y de forma de vida del país, de Marrakech, de Essaouria que ningún otro. Luego tienes un poco de tiempo libre para disfrutar del precioso pueblecito pesquero. Si tengo un pega, en mi opinión, es que se podría volver un poco más tarde, es decir, una o dos horas más de excursión. Nuestro chofer Mohamed también excelente y encantador. A wonderful excursion. Our guide, Hassan, was beyond excellent, a wealth of wisdom.
