At the scheduled time, we'll meet at the Real Club Marítimo in Marbella. We'll hop on the minibus and drive away from the city centre towards the starting point of our Sierra Blanca cycling route.
Once we arrive, we can start pedalling our electric bikes. We'll ride our bikes off the beaten track and wind through mountain trails with incredible views of the Sierra Blanca. We'll also be able to see the Sierra de las Nieves National Park in the distance.
For 3 hours, we'll cycle a total of 22 miles (36 kilometres). Our route will also take us to one of Andalusia's traditional white villages, Istán. This village is also known as the Spring of the Costa del Sol. We'll discuss the story behind this unique name as we cycle through its lovely streets and head towards its viewpoints.
We'll then leave Istán behind us and start our return journey to Marbella. As we cycle back to the city, we'll go through lush forests and look out at breathtaking views of the Sierra Blanca mountain range and the luxurious Puerto Banus marina.
When we've arrived at the minibus, we'll drive back to Marbella and say our goodbyes at the starting point, 4 hours after our departure.
