Marbella Free Tour
At the selected time, we'll meet at Alameda Park next to the Virgen del Rocio fountain. From there, we'll start a walking tour through the historic center of Marbella to learn about its history and main points of interest.
We'll start by walking along the emblematic Avenida del Mar, famous for the many replicas of Dalí sculptures that adorn the promenade. At the end of the path, we'll reach Venus Beach, one of the principal beaches in Marbella. Here, we'll learn about the humble beginnings of tourism to Marbella.
Then, this free tour will take us through some of the most important sites of the city. We'll see the exterior of the Royal Hospital and the San Juan de Dios Chapel, built in the 16th century and closely linked with the Catholic monarchs. We'll continue along the cobble-stoned streets as we reach the Engraving Museum, the Church of the Incarnation, and Santa Trinidad Convent.
As you walk through narrow streets, you'll admire the facades of old houses bordering part of the city walls. Then, our route will culminate at Orange Square. With its rich history dating back to the 15th century and its picturesque blend of cobblestone streets, Andalusian architecture, and orange trees, it's easily the best place to end our free tour on a high note.
From here, after 1.5 hours exploring the heart of Marbella's Old Town, we'll say our goodbyes and part ways.
