Wine Tour in Manilva
Tour Details
We'll meet in the heart of Manilva, in the CIVIMA building, at the time indicated. Here, we'll start to learn about local wine and vineyard traditions in the museum. We'll discover the area's rich history and learn why the Moscatel de Alejandría vineyards have contributed so much to the local culture over the centuries.
We'll continue our tour through the Bodega Nilva, also located in the CIVIMA building. This is where the passion for wine culture comes to life. This winery has various types of award-winning wines which are the result of dedication and efforts to preserve local wine traditions. We'll learn all the steps from harvesting to bottling.
Our tour will finish in the spectacular Viña del Peñoncillo, from where we'll enjoy impressive panoramic views over the Mediterranean. Furthermore, we can visit other vineyards that are in danger and learn about their history. Do you know what the "Save the Manilva Vineyards" project consists of?
During this final stop, we'll have the opportunity to try 3 exquisite Nilva wines, which incarnate the essence of this unique area and its commitment to quality. We'll accompany our wines with a delicious aperitif composed of cheeses, cold meats, crisps and nuts. Cheers!
After a total of 2 hours, we'll say our goodbyes and end our wine tour in Manilva.
