We'll kickstart the day with a bus ride to Camp Kainomayan, where the adventure begins with an exhilarating off-roading experience, leading us to the trailhead for our Pinatubo hike. We'll traverse extensive volcanic lahars and cross small streams, immersing ourselves in this unique natural landscape. It's an area that invokes the cataclysmic yet leaves you feeling more alive than ever before.
After, we'll get going on our hike through the volcanic crater. As we walk, we'll come to an awe-inspiring lake with turquoise waters you won't be able to resist taking pictures. We'll carve out a moment to pause and savor lunch in this unbelievable natural wonderland.
As we traverse back in our off-roading vehicle, we'll visit an Aeta village local to the area. The Aeta people were among the first indigenous populations to establish themselves in the Philippines. During our visit, we'll learn about their history and how they live their daily lives.
