Day Trip to Pagsanjan Falls
Tour Details
At the designated time, we'll meet next to the Abaham Manila hostel to begin this day trip to Pagsanjan Falls. Ready to step foot in this incredible natural enclave in the heart of the Philippines?
Our first stop will be the municipality of Los Baños, where we'll hop on a charming tram. Here, we'll also get to know the locals who live near the old train tracks, and we'll try the famous coconut cake—a traditional delicacy in the region.
After a brief pause, we'll continue our trip towards Pagsanjan, where the true adventure will begin. Upon arrival, we'll get ready for an exciting experience in a canoe. Let's go!
We'll board a traditional boat and begin an unforgettable journey down the Pagsanjan River, a stream with crystalline waters. While we row upstream, surrounded by lush flora and majestic rock formations, we'll be able to admire at least 20 little waterfalls that emerge from the mountains. The culminating moment will be the rapids, where skilled boatmen will navigate the canoe through turbulent waters and narrow canyons. What an adrenaline rush!
Continuing our trip, we'll take a break next to the looming Pagsanjan Falls. Here you'll have free time to swim in its refreshing waters, or if you're feeling adventurous, you can even take an optional raft ride that will take you directly beneath the waterfall, all the way to the mysterious Devil's Cave. To re-energise, we'll then have lunch with views of the waterfalls.
Lastly, after a 10-hour trip, we'll begin our journey back to Manila to drop you off at our starting point.
