Máncora & Tumbes 4-Day Tour
Day 1: Máncora
Welcome to Máncora! We'll pick you up at the bus station when you arrive, and from there we'll take you to your selected beach hotel. The rest of the day you'll have free time on the beach to swim and enjoy the hotel facilities.
Day 2: Máncora - Tumbes mangroves - Máncora
After breakfast at the hotel, we'll leave Máncora behind and head north. We'll pass by the beaches of Punta Sal and Zorritos, and from there we'll continue to the city of Tumbes to enjoy a boat ride through the mangroves of Puerto Pizarro. As we explore this aquatic forest, we'll pass by incredible places including the islands of Isla de los Pájaros and Isla del Amor.
Next, we'll go to a crocodile farm to learn about these wild animals. Then, after 2 hours of free time for lunch, we'll return to your hotel in Máncora.
Day 3: Coastal walk & swimming with turtles in Máncora
After breakfast at the hotel, we'll pick you up and go on a boat ride along the coast of Máncora. During the trip, we'll admire the beaches of Los Órganos and Vichaito from the boat, as well as spot the sea lions that live in the area.
Following the boat ride, we'll spend 40 minutes swimming with green sea turtles - you'll be amazed by their gigantic size! At the end of this exciting activity, you'll have free time at Los Órganos beach to take a refreshing dip in the Pacific Ocean. You can also take advantage of this time to grab a bite to eat, so don't forget to bring a picnic lunch!
Finally, from Los Órganos beach we'll take you back to your hotel in Máncora, where you'll have the rest of the day to spend at your leisure.
Day 4: Máncora
Following breakfast, you'll have the morning free to relax by the hotel pool, go shopping in the center of Máncora, and enjoy a delicious typical lunch. Be sure to make the most of your last few hours! We'll conclude the 4-day tour by taking you to the bus station in Máncora, where we'll drop you off at 3:30 pm.
