Description
At the scheduled time we'll collect you from your hotel Manama and make our way towards the border with Saudi Arabia. Ready to discover the country's greatest attractions in just one day?
The first thing we'll do is cross the Bahrain Bridge, also known as the King Fahd Causeway, which connects Bahrain to Saudi Arabia. Did you know that it extends to 25 kilometres (15.53 miles)?
After traversing the bridge, we'll arrive at Khobar, and make a stop at the Khobar Corniche Beach. There, we'll find the Khobar water tower, famous for being the best place to catch sunsets in the area. From there, we'll make our way to the Al-Hob market in Dammam, a place where you'll truly be able to appreciate the most ingrained aspects of the country's culture and traditions.
Next, we'll visit, from the outside, the Dammam Heritage Village, one of the most famous attractions in the city. After taking in this monumental building, we'll make our way to Murjan Island, also known as Coral Island. An entirely man-made archipelago!
Once we've arrived, you'll have the option to either eat on the island or back in Dammam. Once you've decided, you'll have an hour to grab a bite to eat.
Before heading back to Bahrain, we'll visit the outside of the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, known as Ithra, which was opened in December 2016. Its architectural style will surprise you!
After a total of between 6 and 7 hours together, we'll return to Manama where you'll be brought back to your hotel.
