At the scheduled time, we’ll meet at the entrance of the Tourist Information Office to start a flavorful and historic tour. Ready to explore Malaga’s diverse food scene?
We’ll stroll along Calle Larios, sharing stories about the family behind this iconic shopping street. Then, we’ll visit the city’s oldest churrería to savor Málaga’s classic churros.
Next, we’ll explore the Central Market of Atarazanas, discovering Malaga’s typical culinary products. We’ll visit various stalls to learn about these ingredients and the city’s history, highlighted by its vibrant stained glass windows
Then, we’ll visit the city’s oldest wine cellar to delve into its history and enjoy a drink or a glass of Malaga’s renowned wine. Do you know which wine it is?
From here, next to the cathedral, we’ll share intriguing stories, like why it's known as "La Manquita." We’ll also visit the Picasso Museum, the city’s most popular museum, and stop by the famous Pimpi, a historic wine cellar turned restaurant.
We’ll take a break to enjoy Malaga’s signature almonds before continuing our exploration at Plaza de la Merced and the Roman Theater.
Two hours later, we’ll conclude our gastronomic tour at the entrance of Malaga’s most visited monument, the Alcazaba.
