On this jam-packed day trip to Gibraltar, we'll go on a sightseeing tour, see St. Michael's Cave, and meet the famous monkeys of this British colony, a very complete day!
Tour Options
When booking, you can choose from one of the following options:
Day Trip + Rock of Gibraltar Tour
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up at the meeting point of your choice and head south towards La Línea de la Concepción. We'll cross the Costa del Sol while the guide shares tons of historical fun facts about the unique city of Gibraltar.
Once we have arrived in this British colony, we'll divide into small groups and do a sightseeing tour of the Rock of Gibraltar. For an hour and a half, we'll travel around this Natural Reserve aboard a minibus, stopping at viewpoints such as Punta de Europa, we'll be able to see Africa and Europe at the same time!
We'll also go inside the cave of San Miguel, a limestone grotto full of local legends. Of course, on the Rock, we'll also visit the Gibraltar monkey reserve to meet the Barbary macaques.
Finally, we'll return to the city center and leave you free time to explore the streets and have lunch. Fancy some fish and chips? Or maybe you're looking forward to shopping on Main Street? (Duty-free!) Or maybe you want to have your picture taken next to the famous British telephone booths!
We'll return to the bus and, after a total of 9 hours, we'll drop you off back at the starting point.
Day Trip + Dolphin Sighting
If you choose this tour, once in Gibraltar, we’ll hop on a boat to search for dolphins in their natural habitat in the stunning, protected waters of the Strait—part of a World Biosphere Reserve! This 1.5-hour boat trip offers a chance to witness these incredible creatures up close.
Back on land, you’ll have free time to explore Gibraltar. Stroll through Casemates Square, check out the view of the iconic Rock of Gibraltar from Marina Bay, or indulge in some shopping on Main Street. And of course, don't miss out on trying classic British cuisine like fish and chips!
After a full 9-hour adventure, we’ll return to the starting point, filled with amazing memories.
Please keep in mind that if you choose this option, you won't do the tour of Gibraltar described in the first option.
Self-Guided Day Trip
During the booking process, you can choose to go on a self-guided day trip to Gibraltar. In this case, once we arrive at Gibraltar, you'll have 5 hours of free time to explore the city at your own pace. At the designated time, we'll meet up again and return to our initial meeting point after a total of 9 hours.
Free Time
If you select the day trip options which include a guide, the amount of free time you'll have in Gibraltar depends on the options you selected. Both options have free time but at different times of the day.
Pickup Info
This tour includes pickup in Malaga, Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola, Marbella, or Estepona. During the booking process, you'll be able to choose between different meeting points.
