Scuba Diving for Beginners in Mahahual
Description
If you've always wanted to learn how to scuba dive, there's no better place for it than in Mahahual! At the indicated time, we'll meet at the scuba diving centre in Blue Kay, in Mahahual. There, we'll provide you with all of the necessary equipment and give you instructions on basic scuba diving techniques.
Then, we'll board a boat and sail towards the reef area. After putting on the rest of our equipment, we'll show you how to breathe underwater, as well as the underwater communication signs we'll use.
Once we're ready to go, we'll dive one by one with the instructor. We'll practice beginner-level techniques to gain confidence in the water and be ready for the most exciting part: the first deep dive in the Costa Maya. An experience you'll remember for the rest of your life!
We'll dive to a maximum depth of 12 metres (39 feet) and be surrounded by an underwater environment of bright colours thanks to the sun's rays. We'll enjoy every minute underwater!
Finally, after approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes, we'll bring the tour to an end at the initial meeting point.

Please note that after the activity, you must wait at least 24 hours before boarding a plane or going to high-altitude locations.
