The Madrid tourist bus for families follows these routes:
Historic Madrid Route (Blue Line)
On this 80-minute tour, you'll see the main monuments of the historic centre of Madrid from the tourist bus, including the Cibeles fountain, the Prado Museum, the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral.

Partial closures: there are no stops at the following places due to refurbishment work in the area: San Francisco El Grande (stop 14), Almudena Cathedral (15), Plaza Mayor (16), Puerta del Sol (17), Círculo de Bellas Artes (18) and Thyssen Museum (19).
Modern Madrid Route (Green Line)
This is a 65-minute route that passes by emblematic places in Madrid such as the Plaza de Colón, the Santiago Bernabéu stadium and the Plaza de Castilla.

How does it work?
The Madrid tourist bus ticket for families is valid for one day. Regardless of the time you use it for the first time, it'll be valid until the end of that day. During this time you can get on and off the buses as many times as you like.
Although a start date is requested at the time of booking, you can use the service for 15 days after the date indicated.
Timetables and frequencies
- From March to October: Every day from 9 am to 10 pm
- From November to February: Every day from 10 am to 6 pm (the service ends at 4 pm on 5th January)
Bus frequency is between 8 and 15 minutes, depending on the season.
