If you've just arrived in the Spanish capital and need to keep your suitcases or backpack somewhere, Jardines Lockers is the best option for you while you wander around the city.

With this service, you'll be able to rent a locker for as long as you need at number 14 on Calle Jardines. This location could not be any more central, between Gran Vía and Puerta del Sol.

The locker storage is open from Monday to Sunday for 24 hours, is equipped with CCTV security cameras, and you can request assistance via a WhatsApp call or message. This way, you'll be able to leave your luggage in a completely safe location while you go and discover Madrid. Afterwards, you can go and pick up your luggage when you're ready. It's that easy!

Types of Lockers

When making your booking, you'll be able to choose the type of luggage you wish to store in the Jardines Lockers:

• M Locker: has a capacity of 44.5 cm x 32 cm x 86 cm (17.5 in x 12.6 in x 33.9 in), the ideal space for storing one hand luggage suitcase and a rucksack.
• L Locker: its capacity of 44.5 x 53.5 x 86 cm (17.5 in x 21 in x 33.9 in) is perfect for storing 3 hand luggage suitcases and 2 rucksacks or 1 large suitcase and a rucksack.
• XL Locker: has a capacity of 44.5 cm x 75 cm x 86 cm (17.5 in x 29.5 in x 33.9 in) which will fit an extra large suitcase with a maximum size of 85 cm (33.4 in) or 4 hand luggage suitcases.

How Does it Work?

Once you've booked, you'll receive a code in your email within a maximum of 12 hours. With this code, you'll be able to access the Jardines Lockers.

Once you enter the premises, head to the computer screen (marked with a yellow arrow), select your language, and enter the code again. The computer will display the locker number assigned to you. After clicking the "open door" option, the locker will open, allowing you to place your luggage inside.

Once you return to Jardines Lockers to pick up your belongings, you'll have to enter your code once again into the computer and the locker with your luggage will open automatically. It's that easy!

You can use the code you receive via email to access the locker storage and your luggage as many times as you like over the period you've booked.

If you exceed the booked period, once you introduce your code into the computer, you'll be required to pay an additional cost by card. Once you've made the payment, the locker you left your luggage in will open automatically.
