At the appointed time we'll meet in Plaza de San Miguel. From there, we'll start a tapas tour of Madrid that will show us some of the secrets of the capital's gastronomy as we hop around to different bars.
We'll begin by walking from this central square through the Madrid de los Austrias (Madrid of the Austrians) and La Latina neighborhoods, areas brimming with bars that have earned their fame thanks to their vibrant tapas scenes.
During the tour, we'll visit four of the city's best tapas bars, renowned for serving authentic Spanish food. Among the tapas included, we'll taste the typical stuffed mushrooms with a glass of beer, beef with mashed potatoes and a glass of wine, and garlic prawns with a glass of wine, all essentials on any tapas route in Madrid.
We'll accompany these tapas with the perfect pairing of drinks for each dish. Beer, wine, or cider... you'll love it! During the tour, we'll also take the opportunity to visit the famous Plaza Mayor, the neighborhood of Las Letras, Huertas Street, and Plaza de Santa Ana, where the iconic Teatro Español is located. The best way to enjoy Madrid!
To finish on a high note, we'll go up to a rooftop terrace in the city center to admire unforgettable views of the capital while we toast with a delicious cocktail. We'll conclude the tour on the terrace after four and a half hours of sightseeing.

The visit to the rooftop terrace in the center of Madrid will only take place on the 6 pm tour. On the 11:30 am tour, we'll enjoy an extra tapa at one of the bars we visit.
