Seating Info
When booking your tickets for Cinderella, you'll have the option to choose between different areas in the theatre. Please keep in mind that the theatre will automatically assign you the best seats together that are available at the time of purchase—the earlier you book, the better!

Silver Seating
If you choose this option, you can see the musical from the parterre area, you'll have preferential access, and you'll be able to take home a deluxe programme as a souvenir.
Gold Seating
Do you want to enjoy an even more exclusive experience? If you choose the gold seating, you'll have the best seats in the parterre area and other additional benefits. You'll enter the theatre without waiting in line and you'll be accompanied by a steward. In addition, you'll be able to take a guided backstage tour 45 minutes before the start of the performance, have a drink and an apéritif at intermission, use the cloakroom service and take home a luxury programme as a souvenir.
And if that's not enough, you'll get a 10% discount in the theatre shop. The gold seating also includes a free 4-hour parking ticket at the Saba car park in Plaza de los Mostenses or the Continental car park in Plaza de Santo Domingo.
Dream Xperience
If you opt for the Dream Xperience option, you'll have the following benefits:

Depending on the time of the performance, it includes:
- Dinner: Friday, Saturday and Sunday performances at 5 pm and Sunday performances at 4 pm
- A cocktail: Tuesday and Thursday performances at 8 pm, Wednesday at 7 pm, Friday and Saturday at 9 pm and Sunday at 8 pm
- On any of the days, from midnight onwards, children under the age of 18 are not allowed to enter.
**Entrance to Fitz Club Madrid is not included in the Sunday performances, as the venue is closed on Sundays. Under 18s are not allowed to enter Fitz Club Madrid under any circumstances.
Access to the Theatre for Children
- Due to the characteristics of the show, the minimum recommended age is 7 years old. However, only children over the age of 4 may enter the theatre.
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. It is also recommended that minors occupy boxes or side aisle seats in case they have to leave the theatre.
- Regardless of age, each spectator must have a seat.
- Admission to the theatre will always be at the discretion of the theatre staff, who may ask them to leave the theatre if they cause a nuisance to the audience or disturb the normal running of the show.
