Scuba Diving in Maafushi
Scuba Diving in Maafushi
At the scheduled time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and take you to the Maafushi dive center. There, we'll give you all the necessary equipment to enjoy this underwater sport: a wetsuit, mask, and fins!
Then, we'll board a boat and sail to the diving area to start the dive. Ready? Without any dilly-dallying, we'll put on our equipment and jump straight into the water. We'll then deflate our BCDs and, gradually, begin to dive and explore the seabed of Maafushi.
For about 50 minutes, depending on the air left in your tank, we'll have fun exploring this area of the Maldives and trying to spot its unique dwellers. From colorful fish, to corals, sea turtles, manta rays, and reef sharks - the waters of the Indian Ocean are teeming with fascinating creatures.
Once the dive is over, we'll return to the dive center to drop off the equipment before taking you back to your hotel.
6 dives
If a single dive is not enough for you, then you can book this option, which allows you to explore the waters around the Maldives more thoroughly during six dives. We'll split the six dives over the course of three days, therefore, we'll enjoy two dives per day.
