Lucene Electric Cargo Bike Tour
We'll meet at 9 am at Number 5, Frohburg street. From this central point of Lucerne, we'll start an electric cargo bike tour through the most emblematic points of this beautiful city located deep in Switzerland.
We'll first cycle to beautiful Horw, a picturesque town in the canton of Lucerne, and then to the shores of the Vierwaldstättersee, the Lake of the Four Cantons. Here we'll stop for a typical Swiss snack and enjoy the view of the Alps, whose peaks include Mount Pilatus.
After admiring this wonderful panorama, we'll follow the route towards the Horwer peninsula. In addition, during this part of the tour we'll unveil some curious facts about Switzerland. How many languages are spoken in the country? Does its punctuality really exist or is it just a myth?
We'll then return to the route while discovering other beautiful natural and urban landscapes of Lucerne. As we'll see, in this city bathed by Lake Lucerne, the Alpine atmosphere is present everywhere -it looks like something out of a fairy tale!
Finally, at 12:30 pm we'll finish the electric bike tour at the starting point.
Important information
The electric bikes that we'll use for the tour are fitted with a front carriage. This way, two adults can ride on each bike and both can take turns riding. Furthermore, if you are travelling with children, two adults and a child can ride on the same bike. In this case, one of the adults will ride the bike and the other adult and the child will ride in the carriage - so this tour is highly recommended for families!
