Join us on an exhilarating Teide buggy tour through one of Spain's famous national parks. We'll travel up the peak of Tenerife, discover remarkable scenery, and reach some of the country's highest villages.
Tenerife Buggy Tour: Explore the Teide Volcano
Our tour starts promptly as we pick you up from your hotel or at Puig Lluvina Avenue, 13. After we quickly review safety rules, we'll get in the buggies and start our adventure towards the peak of Tenerife.
In the first part of the tour, we'll stop by Pino Gordo, a very tall tree that towers 45 meters (147 feet) high; one of the tallest trees in the country and the oldest in Tenerife! Then, our journey will take us through Tenerife's beautiful forested mountain areas.
The landscape will slowly become more arid as we proceed. On our way to Teide National Park, we'll come across solidified lava flows and pause at a picturesque spot. We'll admire the stunning Llano de Ucanca and the famous Roques de García, which are amazing volcanic formations that always surprise visitors. Plus, if you book the sunset tour, we'll also get to enjoy a delicious pizza and a drink.
Afterwards, we'll reunite with our buggies and start our journey down. The Teide buggy tour will end after three exciting hours when we arrive back at our starting point.
Requirements
To drive a buggy, you need to have a valid car driver's license and be at least 21 years old.
Young explorers between the ages of 6 and 17 and unlicensed people can join as passengers on double or quadruple buggies. For the double buggy, the minimum height is 1.20 meters (4 feet), while in the four-seater buggy, younger children are welcome, as we also provide child seats.
