Full-Day Trip to Paris

Description

This day-long adventure begins bright and early at PAUL Le Café in St Pancras Station at the designated time, where you’ll be given your Eurostar tickets and other passes.

Crossing the English Channel in just 2 hours and 15 minutes, aboard the famous Eurostar, you’ll arrive in Gare du Nord, the largest train station in the capital of France.

Upon arrival, a guide will be waiting for you to take you on a panoramic tour of the city, where you’ll admire the Arch de Triomphe, Champs-Elysées and Trocadéro, among many other beautiful sights.

Once you reach the Eiffel Tower, you’ll climb to its second floor, which stands 377 ft (115 m) tall. This observation deck offers a magnificent bird’s eye view of Paris, where you’ll be able to spot its most popular landmarks. If you want to see the views from the third level, you can purchase the ticket directly on the second floor.  

No visit to Paris is complete without experiencing the historic Notre Dame Cathedral, one of the most important architectural masterpieces of Paris. You will discover its fascinating history, from its medieval origins to its modern restoration.

The last stop is the Louvre Museum, the most-visited museum in the world. With your fast-track entry ticket, skip the queues and take your time to discover the various collections, including the Museum’s masterpieces such as the Mona Lisa portrait and The Birth of Venus. If you take the tour on a Tuesday, the Louvre is closed and so the visit will be replaced by a boat trip on the Seine.

After a superb day (about 12 hours in the city) exploring one of the most romantic cities in the world, you’ll head back to London in the evening from Gare du Nord. The Eurostar arrives in St Pancras after a grand total of 16 hours.

If you prefer to book a self-guided tour of Paris and visit the city at your own leisure, you can book a tour with any of the following options:

Low-cost tour

We offer a more economical option that only includes train tickets from London, the boat trip on the Seine and a 1-day card for zones 1 to 3 so that you can travel on all public transport networks.

Tour with Hop-On Hop-Off Bus

This option includes a round-trip Eurostar ticket to and from Paris, a one-day Hop-on, Hop-off bus tour ticket, so that you can discover the city in a comfortable and enjoyable way, hopping on and off as many times as you want. The tour bus includes commentary in English. The buses run every 10 to 15 minutes. The stop is located outside the Gare du Nord station (35 rue Saint Quentin).

European citizens must present their national ID, and non-European citizens will have to present their valid passports to travel to France.

When you make your booking, you'll have to fill out a series of fields with your name, surname, passport number and nationality. It's very important that these details exactly match those on your passport. We won't be held responsible if you make a mistake when filling out this information.

The estimated departure times of the train are:

• Monday to Friday: Train departure at 7 am (meeting time at 5:45 am)
• Saturday: Train departure at 6:30 am (meeting time at 5:15 am)
