La actividad está bien, un poco cara para lo que ves en realidad. Si vas con carritos de niñ@s te lo requisan a la entrada y al final de la visita te lo devuelven. También no te dejan llevar la mochila colgada de los hombros (dentro de palacio), algo que no entiendo.Al principio tienes que esperar mucha cola para que te den la entrada y luego otra larga fila para entrar al interior. La experiencia bien pero si me dieran a elegir de nuevo, escogería otra actividad. Translate this opinion into English.

The activity is good, a bit expensive for what you actually see. If you go with a stroller, they confiscate it at the entrance and at the end of the visit they return it to you. They also don't let you carry your backpack on your shoulders (inside the palace), something I don't understand. At first you have to wait in a long line to get the ticket and then another long line to get inside. The experience was good but if I had to choose again, I would choose another activity. Todo perfecto. Se entra por el lateral izquierdo del palacio. Primero vas a la puerta A , donde te dan las entradas al entregar el bono de Civitatis. Vuelves a salir fuera y justo al lado está la puerta C, por donde se entra al palacio. Aunque haya cola, va muy deprisa y todos los empleados son muy amables. El recorrido está muy bien organizado y la guía es muy completa. Nos ha gustado mucho la visita. Translate this opinion into English.

Everything was perfect. You enter through the left side of the palace. First you go to gate A, where you get your tickets after handing in your Civitatis voucher. You go back outside and right next to it is gate C, where you enter the palace. Even though there is a queue, it goes very quickly and all the employees are very friendly. El recorrido por el palacio vale muchísimo la pena, incluyendo las caballerizas reales... lo que si recomiendo es que lean muy bien la información de los tickets que se envían, porque no es la misma información de civitatis que la que en realidad es para encontrar la puerta de canje de boletos. There were plenty of helpful and friendly staff directing us to the various locations. It was good to use the multi-media headphones, which made it easy to identify which rooms I was in. My main interest was to see the Coronation robes, particularly Camilla's dress, and these were beautifully displayed. I was disappointed to find that the Official Souvenir guide book I bought when I picked up my ticket was not up to date as there was no mention of the Coronation or description of the robes.
