Vi Rei Winery Tour

At 3 pm, we'll meet at the Vi Rei wine cellars entrance, located in the south of Mallorca. We'll spend 1 hour and 30 minutes in an exciting world that is gaining more and more followers every day, the wine culture.

First of all, we'll board a train that will take us through the vineyards to discover the most important grape varieties that are grown in this area of Mallorca. Premsal Blanc, Giró Ros, Callet, Syrah, Chardonnay, Merlot... Vi Rei has more than 100 hectares of cultivation!

After the train ride, we'll go into the cellars to discover the secrets of wine production. The guide will show us the fermentation room, the barrel room and the bottling room.

To finish, we'll visit the tasting area, to sample five varieties of wine accompanied by a selection of delicacies.

Los viñedos no estaban tan bonitos por la época del año, pero aún así alucinamos por la cantidad y el terreno del que disponían, una auténtica maravilla. Lo recomiendo hacia mayo/junio porque podrán disfrutar de su belleza y que acompañe el tiempo. Nos decepcionó no poder ver la sala de barricas por reformas. La calidad de los vinos era de normal tirando a baja, normalmente apreciamos más los vinos tintos pero en este caso, nos gustaron más los blancos. Desde su prensal blanc a su malvasia. The vineyards were not so beautiful for the time of year, but even so we were amazed by the quantity and the land they had, a true wonder. I recommend it towards May/June because you will be able to enjoy its beauty and that it accompanies the weather. We were disappointed not to be able to see the barrel room due to renovations.
