Located on Avenida da Índia, the Pilar 7 experience will show you everything you need to know about one of Lisbon's most famous monuments, the 25 de Abril Bridge.
During your visit, you'll discover all the details of this great work of engineering that was inaugurated in 1966 and that managed to connect the two banks of the Tagus River. You'll learn many interesting facts, such as the number of workers who were part of the construction, the previous projects, the cost of the work... All the secrets of the monument will be revealed to you!
The icing on the cake will be a spectacular panoramic viewpoint raised to 80 metres above sea level. Thanks to its glass floor you'll be able to perfectly see the structure of the 25 de Abril Bridge. From the viewpoint, you'll enjoy a unique perspective of the mouth of the Tajo river and you'll be able to see the Tower of Belém and the Monument to the Discoveries in the horizon. Timetable
The Pilar 7 experience is open every day, from 10 am to 6 pm, with final entry at 5 pm.
On holidays (December 24 and 31 and January 1), the experience will be open from 10 am to 5 pm.
