Lima History Tour
Lima History Tour
At the scheduled time, we'll swing by to pick you up from your hotel and set off on this fascinating historical tour of Lima.
Before immersing ourselves in Peruvian culture, we'll first go by minibus to the wildlife refuge Los Pantanos de Villa. We'll see the beautiful landscape formed by these marshes and see the different species of birds that reside here.
Then we'll head over to Pachacamac, an archaeological site where we'll learn all about Lima's past before the arrival of the Incas.
We'll take a break for a two-course lunch in a restaurant in the Barranco neighbourhood. Then after eating, our tour will continue in the historic centre of Lima to discover some of the capital's most fascinating periods.
We'll visit the convent of San Francisco, one of the most outstanding and oldest buildings in Lima, as well as the library and the catacombs. Afterwards, we'll enjoy a unique spectacle of lights and music with the Magic Water Circuit, an experience that will amaze you!
After nine hours of learning about Lima's fascinating history, we'll take you back to your hotel and end the activity.
