Lima Colonial Houses Guided Tour
Lima Colonial Houses Guided Tour
At the designated time, we'll pick you up from your hotel and begin our tour of the colonial houses of the Peruvian capital. We'll review the period of Lima's greatest glory by walking through its historic center and admiring the exteriors of these elegant mansions.
We'll start by entering the Casa O'Higgins, where travelling exhibitions of popular art are held. Afterwards, we'll visit the Fernandini House, a property built at the beginning of the 20th century that represents Lima's maximum exponent of art nouveau.
Next, we'll continue to the Aliaga House, built in the same year of the foundation of Lima, where the Aliaga lineage has lived for 17 generations.
Lastly, we'll stop at the old Cordano bar, where we'll enjoy a tasting of different pisco-based macerados, a distilled drink made from grapes.
The tour will end after a total of 3.5 hours.
Hotel pickup
The tour includes pickup from hotels in the Miraflores or San Isidro neighborhoods. If you're staying in other areas, we'll contact you to set up an alternative pick-up point.
