On the day of the activity, we'll meet at the indicated time at the Levi Tourist Office. From there, we'll hop on a minibus and head towards the snowy forests that surround this picturesque Finnish city. About a kilometre away from the city is where we'll find the ideal spot to start our adventure in the snow.
After a quick briefing on how to use the equipment, we'll get set up and start exploring the forests near Kätkä Fell and Lake Immel. We'll have fun moving through the snow with this combination of skiing and hiking. Snowshoeing, very widespread in Nordic countries, is the perfect way to get the purest of air surrounded by nature.
It won't take long for you to become mesmerized by the natural wilderness of Lapland and its arctic landscapes. And don't worry, we'll take plenty of snapshots along the way to immortalize the experience.
At the end of the excursion, we'll return to the minibus and make our way back to Levi, arriving after 2 hours in total.
