Private Tour of Leticia
Private Tour of Leticia
We'll pick you up at 8 am at your hotel in Leticia and board the minibus to begin a panoramic tour of the stunning capital of Amazonas.
After doing a brief historical intro about the city and learning about its rich indigenous diversity, we'll visit the Ethnographic Museum of Leticia. In its different rooms, we'll review the present and the past of one of the most culturally mixed areas of Colombia. We'll get to see traditional clothes of Amazonian tribes, utensils used in their daily life, interactive maps, and many more fascinating exhibitions.
Afterwards, we'll continue our private tour of Leticia visiting the triple border of Colombia-Brazil-Peru. Get your camera ready, the place where these three countries converge is home to stunning unique landscapes and scenic lookout points! We'll visit the Brazilian city of Tabatinga, famous for its chocolate mansion, shopping area, and zoo.
Finally, we'll board a traditional boat to sail to the Peruvian town of Santa Rosa del Yavari. The houses on the water, the colorful boats, and the extremely warm and welcoming locals will captivate you from moment one.
Finally, we'll take you back to the hotel after four and a half hours of exploring the many charms of Leticia and its neighboring towns.
